The Cherokee County Heritage Book Committee is compiling
a book of topical and family stories.
The book is scheduled for publication in late 2005 or early 2006 by the Cherokee County Book Committee
and Walsworth Publishing Company, Inc. (County Heritage, Inc.).

Anyone with roots in Cherokee County is invited to submit a family history of three double-spaced typewritten pages, plus a photograph,
all of which will be printed free.
Pioneer families (those whose ancestors resided in Cherokee County prior to 1850) are allowed another three pages and one extra photograph.
Additional words and/or photos will be printed at a charge.

The book will cost $70.20 (if shipped)
and $64.20 (if picked up in Cherokee).

DEADLINE EXTENDED!
The deadline for submissions and book orders
has been extended to May 15, 2005.
